Stress is a disturbance enforced in life, Stress could either be external or internal, we encounter stress in our daily activities which includes businesses, family activities , sports, travellling, schooling etc It’s applicable to almost every sphere of life no one like to encounter stress especially unsuccessful people hates stress and want to live comfortably, to be comfortable is good but it’s just a desire you must be willing to work it out from being only a desire into a working reality learn to move out of your comfort zone and face reality, the big question is are you willing to accept the risk factors for triumphing when stress sets in?.
